Description

The Great Hall serves as the palace’s primary space for celebrations, state banquets, and formal gatherings. This enormous room can accommodate hundreds of guests, with long tables that can be arranged for feasts or cleared away for dances and ceremonies.

Chandeliers hang from the high ceiling, their candles providing warm light during evening events. Tapestries depicting historical victories and royal achievements adorn the walls. A gallery above allows musicians to perform during festivities, their music filling the vast space.

During major celebrations - coronations, royal weddings, victory feasts, or diplomatic receptions - the Great Hall transforms into a spectacle of luxury. Servants move efficiently through the crowds bearing platters of fine food and goblets of wine. At such times, the hall becomes the social center of the kingdom, where alliances are forged and power is displayed.
