Cave system beneath Destroyed Kord’s House
Description
A natural cave system that extends beneath the ruins of Destroyed Kord’s House, accessed through both a shaft that drops down from the collapsed house and a concealed cave entrance from the forest side of the hill.
Layout
Upper Level (House Ruins): The collapsed remains of the Kord house with a 60ft shaft leading down into the caves Main Cave Chamber: Large central area where Mad Nash set up his base camp Owlbear Section: Smaller side chamber where Marvin the Owlbear was trapped/contained Storage Areas: Multiple smaller alcoves used to store stolen goods and supplies
History
- Originally natural caves beneath the Kord property
- Mad Nash took over 2 weeks ago, displacing Marvin the Owlbear from its nest
- Used as base of operations for bandit raids on trade routes to Godmere
- Session 4: Site of final confrontation where Mad Nash and Marvin the Owlbear were both killed
